FAMILY PICTURE DAY

Saturday, September 13th! Coffee Pond Productions (our school photographer)
is pleased to offer you an opportunity to have family pictures taken outdoors
at Tower Park (in front of Seasons Four) in Lexington. The scheduled date is
Saturday, September 13th (rain date of Sunday, September 14th). Reserved time
slots are available on a first come, first served basis. The fund raising fee
for attending the event is $25.00 (100% goes to the Hastings PTA). An
additional $35.00 administrative fee required by Coffee Pond Productions at
the time of booking, this fee is collected by Coffee Pond and is
non-refundable, if your family is photographed. Approximately one week after
your sitting you will be able to go on line to view and purchase your
portraits. No minimum order is required.

To participate please send a $25.00 check made payable to Hastings PTA to
Ann-Marie Whalen, 10 Oxbow Rd, Lexington, 02421. Please call Coffee Pond
Productions at 800-632-2323 ext. 0 to schedule your appointment. Be sure to
mention that you are a Maria Hastings Lexington family member.

The Hastings Marketplace Fundraiser is November 20th!

The first organization
meeting will be held Monday Sept 15th at 7 p.m. Contact Lori Davidson if you
are interested in helping organize this important school fundraiser. Contact

PICTURE DAY IS COMING!

Volunteers are needed for picture day - Wednesday, September 24th! Please
contact Ann-Marie Whalen at whalenann@hotmail.com or 781-863-5534, if you are
able to help out. Volunteer time slots are 8:45-10:15 and 10:15-12:00 (or any
time you may be available during these hours). This is a simple and fun
volunteer opportunity. Join us and help your child's class look their best!
