March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.... or does it?

Today's All School Meeting brought us plenty of singing, music, and student sharing. These cheerful first graders recited a fun poem called "Water Everywhere". |

Some more poetry was shared by these two friends in second grade. Their poem was called "The Personable Porcupine" |

Many students recognized the tune of "Sonatina in C Major" by Muzio Clemente. A challenging piece, this musician did a superb job! |

One of our Hastings traditions is called "All School Challenge". A child will design a problem to solve and then share it with the student population. This young lady helped write an All School Challenge about Black History Month. Click here for the All School Challenge. |
Mrs. Dacey sent to school a warm thank you to all the families who have so graciously sent her good wishes and a speedy recovery. She promises to be back April 1st and we can not wait.
Dear Parents, Students and Staff,
To simply say "thank you" is such an understatement! The incredibly generous outpouring of support has meant a great deal to me and my family. The beautiful cards and letters, fruit baskets and fun baskets, exquisite flowers, and thoughtful phone calls have sped on my recovery.
So I say....Nothing like all those good vibes to get me up and running! Looking forward to returning to Hastings on April 1 (no fooling!).
Love,
Muriel Dacey
