Halloween's Coming!
October 27, 2000

Index of other All School Meeting pages

Much of today's All School Meeting featured songs, facts, poetry and music about Halloween. Second graders in Ms. Preston's class were accompanied by Ms. Yee as they sang "Pumpkin Wonderland". Click here for the lyrics.

Kindergarteners from Ms. Lee's class sang "Halloween's Coming". Notice their striking, hand made, leaf-print shirts!

A first grade girl in Miss Lockwood's class has been busy writing some beautiful poetry about caterpillars. She shared the poems, titled "Munchy Crunchy" and "Transformation".
This pianist put us in the mood with a spooky song called "Black Cat Shuffle".
Ms. Carroll's and Ms. Sheerin's kindergarten sang "Leaves Falling Down" to the tune of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat".
Ms. McManus' first grade has been studying spiders and told us some interesting facts. Did you know that spiders are not insects - they are arachnids. When a spider catches something in its web, it stuns or kills it with a poisonous bite. There are over 30,000 different kinds of spiders!

Have a safe Halloween! Remember to:
