Teamwork by Greg

“Can I have some help” asked a climber on the ropes course. “Sure,” answered his partner. At Sargent Camp there was a lot of teamwork. For example on the Ropes Course some kids were helping each other. If a person didn’t think they could do it their partner would say some encouraging words. It would help a lot.

All the teamwork that was going on at Sargent Camp made a big difference. For example we had to swing over a mud pit. Everybody helped to try to get everyone across. Because everyone worked together almost everyone got across. The teamwork helped everyone and it made a difference.

The teamwork at Sargent Camp made friendships better than they were before. On the ropes course people worked together and friendships became stronger and some people made new friends. Helping each other and showing teamwork helps everyone become better friends.

If people didn’t work together they probably won’t achieve their goals. For example if someone’s goal was to get through the ropes course and they got stuck and didn’t want help from their partner they wouldn’t achieve their goal. Another example is if someone’s goal was to get across the chocolate river and they had to jump really far and they couldn’t do it and if they didn’t want help they probably wouldn’t achieve their goal.

Teamwork at Sargent Camp was important. It helped everyone achieve. Everyone worked together and it all helped.
