Forest ecology is my favorite subject at Sargent Camp. It involves many different activities. My favorite is probably camouflage. It is fun cause it takes skill of where you want to hide, to blend in with you surroundings and to dont make a noise. The night walk was great. Just not knowing were your going to go lets you use your imagination.
All the games were awesome. I had a bunch of spots to hide in for camouflage. I was one of the best at it. I had good clothes on which made me win. I hid behind rocks and my hat hid my hair. Find my tree was also fun. Me and Mikey would scare Jon by saying there is a cliff. I was frightened when I was in the blind fold. It was funky.
The night walk was spooky cause we weren't allowed to use flashlights. We did cool things like chomping on mint life savers to make them sparkle. I also like a story they told us on the night walk. It was about a stone carver. To play camafoge and find my tree you have hike. We saw some baby red efts which were venomous and werent allowed to touch them on the way back we saw a domesticated duck the had escaped. I really enjoy hiking.
Forest Ecology is also fun in the nature center. I like watching the tortoise Tex do nothing. I got on the Wall of Fame for Mystery Sweepstakes. You have to answer some questions correct and I did. I finished the Raptor quiz quick.
Forest Ecology is fun and cool. I know a lot of facts about it. You can never know everything about nature. There is always stuff to learn.
