SGT. Camp Teamwork

What makes Sgt. Camp so much fun? Teamwork. Teamwork is so important because you cannot do most of the activities at SGT. Camp without more than one person. Teamwork is working together to accomplish something. Without teamwork you wouldn't have the ideas you would have if you had a whole group with you. Teamwork is one of the most important things about SGT. Camp.

Imagine what SGT. Camp would be like without teamwork. Consider the Nitro Pit. If you only had one person you wouldn't be able to get across because you wouldn't have the ideas and teamwork that you need. If you didn’t have teamwork on the platform everyone would fall off and you wouldn't accomplish it. If you didn’t have teamwork the meals wouldn't happen because you wouldn't have anyone to set the table, you wouldn't have anyone to get the food and there would be nobody to clear the table.

You need cooperation and encouragement for teamwork to happen. For instance, on the ropes course, if someone is having trouble you can say, "Come on, you can do this" or "Don't give up." Another time you can give encouragement is when someone loses something. It could make them feel better. Cooperation is very important for the Nitro Pit. For example, if everyone threw everything all at once at the rope they would lose it for the game and then they'd have to start over.

Teamwork can be fun if you use it correctly. Working with a friend to accomplish the ropes course was a lot of fun, a lot more fun than if I had done it by myself. If you don t use teamwork correctly it can be no fun at all. For example, if you take things too seriously, you might not help the people you are working with. Luckily for me, everyone I was with didn’t take things too seriously, so everything was fun. When people give ideas that help you accomplish the activity you are doing it should make the person feel good and all the other people in the group feel good, too. Feeling good can make you have fun.

SGT. Camp would be boring if there was no teamwork because there would be pretty much nothing to do. All there would be is free time and sleeping. You wouldn’t be able to do the ropes course or any of the fun activities. I think teamwork is one of the most important parts of SGT. Camp. No teamwork, no fun and fun is THE most important thing about SGT. Camp. So, if you didn‘t have fun at SGT. Camp there probably was not enough teamwork.
