I Want To Be…

I want to be a star
Over all things.
A bird
Soaring through the sky.
I want to be a fish
Wandering through the seas.
I want to be a lion
Ruler of the jungle.
I want to be a snail
Taking everything slow.
I want to be a cheetah
Speeding through the grass.
I want to be a mountain
At the tip of the world.
I want to be an ox
Strong and bold.
A whale
Big and swift in the seas.
Those are some things I want to be,
But mostly
I just want to be me.
